Double bed, light room in a 3 bed flat near Victoria park.
Big windows that open up, overlooking Roman Road and a small balcony with a table bench overlooking the community allotment facing east. Spacious living room with tv, warm lights/lamps and lots of plants. The toilet and bath/shower are in separate rooms. Kitchen has microwave, oven, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, things for baking and lots of coffee making equiptment.
On the 4th floor of a block of flats next to Victoria park. The flat is nicely maintained inside and well insulated (keeps damp and noise out). I've lived here for nearly 4 years and its a really lovely place, neighbours are friendly and quiet.
Roman road is fully of cute shops, cafes, great falafel bookshops and markets a couple days a week. Markets in Victoria park every weekend and nice pubs. There are gyms and big food shops 5-10 mins away. Easy access to central line and district/Hammersmith.
Shared with 2 other girls. Both work in hospitality and have creative interests, like cooking and gardening. The flat is quiet but fairly social we go for coffee/walks and have dinner together sometimes but also we're all busy and have our own things going on. We all work a lot (in hospitality) so it stays pretty quiet.
We keep things tidy as much as possible and clean the flat every week; we are relaxed as life is busy sometimes but someone that is okay with helping make it a nice space for everyone to use is important.
LGBTQ+ welcome! The flat is somewhat accessible as there are ramps and lifts in the building and to the flat, however there are not accessible fire exits (stairs). I am happy to share additional photos if you would like to see the routes in/out the building and the flat so do let me know.
I've included all bills (including council tax) in the rent as they stay pretty fixed each month.
