Description
Hey! We have a double en-suite room available starting May 10th in our lovely shared home near Roman Road. It’s just off the main road, tucked away in a quiet little close so it's the perfect balance of being well connected yet peaceful. We’re looking for someone who fits our chill, creative energy to join the gang.
The Money Stuff
• Rent: £850 (paid directly to the agency).
• Bills: Approx. £110 -This covers everything including gas/electricity, water and basic household supplies. It can fluctuate slightly with the seasons.
• No deposit : on a deposit scheme £200 roughly.
• The Bonus: We rent out our driveway, and that money goes straight into house funds for shared essentials or little upgrades for the flat! 🚗💰
The Flat (The Best Bit!)
The house is super spacious and perfect for someone who wants a stable place to call home.
• Open Plan: Huge open kitchen and living area with plenty of room for communal dinners or just relaxing.
• The Garden: A decent sized garden perfect for summer hangs and getting some fresh air.
• Location: 5-min walk to Roman Road (the best pastries/coffee and shops), 15 min walk to Bow Church DLR, 17 min walk to Bow Road tube station and about 10 minute walk to Victoria Park and the canal too. Also a lime bike gold mine.
The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with three others: 2 girls, 1 boy.
• Two WFH Creatives: Usually around during the day but busy in their flow.
• One Bartender: Often out in the evenings/late nights
• Kiko the Cat: The real head of the household. 🐱
We are a very sociable bunch who love a chat and a drink together, but we also deeply value our "recharge time" and personal space. We are LGBTQ+, Pets and 420 friendly 🍃.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is very clean and tidy around the house. This is important to us, as everyone pulls their own weight to keep the communal spaces lovely and comfortable for everyone. Of course other basic stuff like friendliness and and overall good vibe :)
• No couples or students, please.
• Must be a cat/dog lover (Kiko is non-negotiable and there will be a new doggie joining the house soon✨)
