Hey! Our housemate is moving out so we’re looking for a lovely third person to join this warm home in Bow. The room is available from 11th May, but we can be flexible 🙂

We’re big on making the place feel homey it’s definitely a comfy safe space to chill out in.
• Rent: £868 + bills + bond
• 2 bathrooms: one ensuite + you’ll share the main bathroom with one other
• Close to transport: super close to the DLR and District / Hammersmith & City lines and not far from Mile End.
• In a safe, friendly area with everything you need nearby

👯‍♂️ Your Future Housemates
You’ll be living with two genuinely lovely people:
• Maxine (28), special needs teacher, loves a cook up and you’ll find her painting fruit and veg in the common space.
• Gen (28), audio producer, loves a good deep dive, you’ll find her dancing in her room and the kitchen (if we’re lucky!).

They’re both super friendly, chill, and creative.

👤 Who We’re Looking For
Ideally someone in their late 20s, friendly, considerate, and hopefully already established in London. Bonus if you’re into creative things, shared dinners, or just being part of a nice, easygoing household.

The space of the house means we're not ships in the night! We often find ourselves debriefing our day, the latest microaggression etc. We look after the house and each other 🎀⁩
