Double room available on Roman Road 🌞

Our current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, so we’re looking for someone new to join our lovely flat just by Victoria Park.

You’d be living with me and Ed — two easygoing, sociable housemates who enjoy things like reading, board games, films, coffee walks, the occasional pub quiz after work, and making the most of living near Victoria Park.

The flat itself has:

* A bright south-facing balcony
* Shared living room
* Separate kitchen
* Two toilets (a genuine game changer)
* Lots of storage space
* Great location right on Roman Road with loads of cafés, pubs and transport nearby

We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easy to live with — ideally someone who enjoys a relaxed, social home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
