Please see the floor plan to appreciate the size and layout of the house. You'll be sharing the house with just me (my husband lives in the USA and will visit occasionally). I'm an academic and often work from the office, so you'll have the house to yourself for most of the day on weekdays.

Minimum tenancy: 6 months. Shorter stays may be considered at a higher rate.
