Room has plenty of storage space and new Simba double mattress, so comfortable.

A shared kitchen with all mod cons, tidy bathroom, separate toilet, large lounge and dining area. You'd be welcome to use all the space as your own. Super fast Wifi and large TV in the lounge.

Mutual respect of noise, privacy and cleanliness is expected.

You'd be sharing the flat with me, Arif. I perform on movies and work in hospitality when not on set. I enjoy the arts, travelling, good food, cocktails, keeping fit and am a respectful, polite & tidy housemate.

I'm also intending on bringing my cat home in due time. She is sweet and house trained, so someone that likes cats would be ideal.

I am the only person currently in the house.

A nice, two floor building. 10/15 minute walk to the closest stations (District, H&C, DLR, Central Lines) or 5 minutes to the bus stop with links to Liverpool St and Central London. Many shops, restaurants, gyms, pubs close by + the lovely Victoria Park.
