Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in our lovely 3-floor house in Bow! 🏡✨

The location honestly couldn’t be better — we’re right by the gorgeous Roman Road with loads of cute independent cafés, pubs, and little shops. There’s a huge Tesco only 4 mins away, Anytime Fitness is a 3 min walk (or PureGym about 15 mins away), so it’s a super convenient place to live. You’re also only a 20 min walk from Victoria Park (the best park in London in my opinion ), and 25 mins from Hackney Wick for easy nights out in one of the funnest parts of East London.

The house itself is gorgeous — huge living room, conservatory, and a tidy garden with outdoor seating, BBQ, and shed storage. We also have a shared office space which is ideal if you WFH.

The room available is on the top floor and comes with:

* Double bed
* Desk
* En-suite bathroom

You’d be living with 3 lovely girls, all working professionals. I’ve lived with them for years — 2 are uni friends and 1 was actually originally from SpareRoom before becoming one of our closest friends and moving back in with us later on. I’m only moving out because I’m heading back to Wales!

The vibe in the house is super friendly, chilled, and tidy. We love hanging out, having a glass of wine in the evenings, the occasional catch-up dinner, but everyone also totally respects each other’s space and independence too.

Honestly such a special house and home — would love to find someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I have 💛
