Double in Lively flat in Bow (E3)

We are looking for a fourth person to join us in our flat share in Bow. Our current flatmate is spreading her wings after 4.5 years in the flat! We’re going to be filling her room for a move in date around the 20th/21st of June.

We’ll start with the thing you all want to know the price and location. The price for the room is £550 (a bloody bargain) and bills are around £100 per person per month. There is also a £400 deposit (all protected under the deposit scheme etc) The flat is located about a 7 minute walk from Devons Road DLR and about 12-15 mins from Mile End (Central/Hammersmith &City/District) and Westferry DLR. From home to central London it’s about 35 minutes! Our landlord is great and gets things fixed quickly. We’ve all been here varying amount of times (5.5 years for me) and love it.

The flat is a maisonette split over 2 floors and has four bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen bathroom and a small balcony (We’re on the top floor of 2 storeys)

Now onto the - arguably - more important stuff about who we are and what we are looking for. We are Tom, Liv & Pat (two males and a female); we work many jobs across live entertainment producing, social media producing and education.

We’re all out of the house in varying degrees but no one officially works from home full time. We are a lively bunch and spend some time inside and out of the flat. The flat is an entertaining place to be but we do all love our down time too. As our new flatmate we’d like to be able integrate you into our plans and with our friends because we find that works for us and hopefully you too!

You must be an LGBTQIA+ ally and generally clean and respectful as we like our home very much. Don’t get me wrong it’s not always spotless but we all make the effort.

We could be interested in keeping the M/F divide equal but if you are a fun person we are open to any gender and would love to hear from you.

We’ll be arranging viewing slots on the 2nd & 3rd of June and the 8th of June (after 7pm) However, if you are really keen and can’t make those days just let us know and we will try to work around it. We’d love to show you around and have a chat with you to get to know you better.
