Huge room in Bow (E3), 5 mins from Victoria park

Hey! I'm looking for someone to fill the super large bedroom in my two bed flat in Bow. The room is very big and bright with two large windows and comes unfurnished. The room is £1250/month (deposit £1250 also) + ~£150/month for bills and is available for you to move in anytime between now - July 1st.

The flat itself is very spacious and bright. It's located just off Roman road (directly above an excellent off licence) and 2 mins from Tesco and other large shops/cafes and a mere 5 min walk from Victoria park. The closest tube stations are bow road (~12 mins, district/H&C) and mile end (~15 mins, central. I have been living in the building for almost 2 years and love the area so am staying in the flat now the couple I was living with have flown the nest. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in though I'm furnishing the living area over the next few weeks, but you are very welcome to bring/add your own (plants are very welcome too!!)

A little about me - I'm 28, have lived in London for nearly 5 years and have just finished my PhD, and am now working as a researcher so I work from the office most days, though i will work from home occasionally. I'm quite a quiet and introverted soul and very much enjoy my own space and for my home to be as calm and relaxing as possible, and spend most of my free time just chilling, reading, knitting and listening to music or going to gigs so I'd love to find someone with a similar temperament who wants to make a house a home. Though don't get me wrong, I am a fiend for a pub trip !!
