I'm sadly moving out of my room in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Bow (E3 4QW) due to other commitments, and I'm looking for a female professional to take over my tenancy from 4th July (potentially sooner if needed).
I've genuinely loved living here and will be sad to leave. The flat is spacious and has a really cosy feel, with a large open-plan living area, separate kitchen, balcony access and a great location.
The room is a large double with plenty of space for a desk and storage, plus direct access to the balcony. Depending on what you'd prefer, I'm happy to leave some of the furniture in the room, or remove everything so you can make the space your own.
You'll be sharing with one lovely female professional and her very friendly cat, Steve.
Location highlights:
• Devons Road DLR – 8 mins walk
• Bromley-by-Bow – 12 mins walk
• Bow Church DLR – 15 mins walk
• Mile End – 20 mins walk
• Walking distance to Canary Wharf
Perfect for someone working in Canary Wharf, the City or Central London.
Bills are approximately £150 per month.
The letting agent will carry out standard reference and affordability checks, so you'll need to be able to pass referencing.
Move-in date: 4th July (or potentially sooner)
