Hello! We have a lovely double room available in a four-bed house right by Victoria Park (E3).

We're Izzy, Laura and Harriet (all 29) and we're looking for a fourth easy-going housemate (aged 27-32) to move into our lovely home with us, to take over the tenancy ideally by 27th June (with some flexibility either way).

The house is a sociable, friendly home rather than just a place to sleep, so we're looking for someone who'd be a good fit for our relaxed and welcoming dynamic 🙂

Location:
- 15-minute walk to Hackney Wick Overground
- Around 15 minutes to Bow Road, Mile End and Bethnal Green stations
- Directly on the No. 8 bus route into central London
- Walking distance to lots of East London favourites, with Victoria Park on the doorstep

Costs:
- Rent: £895 pcm
- Bills: approx. £100 pcm
- Deposit: £1,052.85

The room:
Furnished with a double bed (with under-bed storage), chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house:
The house has a big separate shared living room (with a collective bookcase of dreams!), a modern well-equipped kitchen and a lovely garden that comes into its own in the summer.

A bit about us:
We all get on really well and are looking for someone to become part of our lovely home. We enjoy spending time together when we can – whether that's sharing a meal, watching Interior Design Masters, heading for a run, or catching up after work – but we also have busy lives and plenty going on outside the house. We all work full time as a journalist, dance producer and civil servant.

Between us we're into various things such as running, music, reading and hosting. We love making the most of our shared spaces, whether that's having friends over for dinner, summer BBQs in the garden, or the occasional house hang. We'd love to find someone who enjoys a balance of socialising and doing their own thing. We also have a weekly cleaning rota to keep the house looking nice and feeling like home.
