Hey! I'm looking for a lovely person or couple to take over the tenancy of this large bedroom in my two bed flat in Bow.

The room is very big and bright and comes unfurnished. The room is £1250/month (deposit £1250 also) + bills. The tenancy will begin July 1st subject to referencing.

The flat itself is very spacious and bright with an open living space. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in though I'm slowly furnishing the living area and you are very welcome to bring/add your own (plants are encouraged!!)

The flat is just off Roman road and 2 mins from Tesco and other large shops/cafes and a mere 5 min walk from Victoria park and Hackney Wick.

Close to bow road (~10 mins, district/H&C line), mile end (~15 mins, central) and Hackney Wick (overground).

A little about me - I'm 28, have lived in London for nearly 5 years and have just finished my PhD, and am now working as a researcher so I work from the office most days, though i will work from home occasionally. I have been living in the building for almost 2 years and love the area so am staying in the flat now the couple I was living with have flown the nest. I'm quite a quiet soul and very much enjoy my own space and for my home to be as relaxing as possible, and spend most of my free time reading, knitting, listening to music or going to gigs, and I love a pub trip!
