A note about the flat, I've just signed the lease and will move in on the 17th of July. I'm looking for someone to join me. You can sublet or join the lease with me - feel free to sublet and see the vibe before committing.
Because I'm not staying there it may be a little tricky to get a viewing, but happy to put in the effort.

About me - I love running, reading, cooking and just hanging with people. I will likely host a couple of book club meets at the spot.
