Double room available in Bow, E3, sharing with co-landlord of the flat. Room is unfurnished, but can arrange to leave some basic furniture if it would help.

This is our first home and we would like to make the new tenant feel at home too. There is a shared living room with a small balcony (and a larger building rooftop down the hall from the flat), kitchen with all appliances and large bathroom (which will be predominantly for your own use) just across the hall from the double room available.

We are happy to consider short term rents, but would ideally be looking for professionals aged 30 and above. We would also consider weekday only tenants.

We are 5 minutes away from Bow Church DLR station, or 7 minutes to Bow Road Station on the District and H&C line. A short walk to Roman Road for local shops and about 10 minutes away from Victoria Park.
