Short-Term: One Bed House in E3 near Victoria Park

I have a lovely newly refurbished, one-bedroom house available in E3 moments from Victoria Park. I'm looking for a short term, holiday-style let of between 2 weeks and two months in July and August.

Located on a quiet pedestrian square, it has large open-plan lounge/kitchen that opens up onto a patio garden. On the first floor is the bedroom, with a comfortable king size bed, a juliet balcony and full floor-to-ceiling windows that make the property extremely bright.

It has all the modern convivences including a dishwasher, washing machine and entertainment system.

This is my home and not a holiday let, so I'm looking for someone who needs somewhere short term that is also nice, and who can water plants! Suitable for a single professional or couple. It's pet friendly too. Sorry, but absolutely no smokers.

Three minutes away is Victoria Park, with Hackney Wick and Bow Road stations also within easy walking distance. If walking is not your thing, the Number 8, 488 and 276 busses are literally across the street. Cycle hire is also local.
