I’m looking for a new tenant for our lovely 3-bed flat at Clement Attlee House, Cardigan Road, London E3. Available from 1st September 2026.
Rent is £900 pcm, Plus an extra £25 pcm for cleaning twice a month to keep communal areas and bathrooms clean. Total payment would be £925.00 per calendar month.
All bills included (water, electricity, heating, broadband, council tax, service charges, building insurance). . Deposit is £900.
The room is a spacious double with wardrobe, in a modern, well-presented flat with wooden flooring and good natural light throughout.
Also with the flat:
- Shared lounge with TV and access to balcony
- Fully fitted open-plan kitchen: oven, hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
- Shared bathroom
- Currently three female professional tenants, no smokers,
- Road parking only (no allocated parking)
Around a 10 minute walk from Bow Road station and 15 minutes from Mile End station, with a short bus ride to Liverpool Street. Victoria Park is also nearby.
Professional tenants only, please. References required. Tenancy is a rolling (periodic) contract in line with current rental law.
