Large room in friendly Victoria park flat

Hey! We’re Eve and Jaimey and we’re looking for a female flat mate to join our home. Eve’s lived here almost 3 years and Jaimey 2. We’re 28 and 26, and looking for someone else late twenties.

The flat is just off Old Ford road, so really just 2-3 mins away from Victoria park, which is ideal in summer! Jaimey and I will regularly take our dinner to eat in the park, and when it comes to All Points East you can get heavily discounted tickets.

The room is a really good size and comes fully furnished, including a desk and various other bits and pieces left by the previous tenants. We’re lucky to have a big living room, kitchen and even a small garden! If you’re green fingered, you’re more than welcome to go crazy… Eve’s growing a courgette plant this year. There’s a shared bathroom, and a separate downstairs toilet.

We’re looking for someone who wants to live somewhere that’s more than just a room in a flat. Jaimey and I have our own lives and friendship groups, but will go out together, to the pub etc. If we’re both in we love to have dinner and watch something.

Eve works for a research charity and Jaimey is a primary school teacher. Eve is cycling obsessed and Jaimey is partial to a run and little sweet treat. We would love a fellow flatmate who wants to join in…we did a season of tag rugby together before Eve swore she’d never set foot on a rugby pitch again.

We’re looking for a fellow professional, who goes to the office more than they WFH.
