Current flatmate is Evie a 31 y/o nursing student. I am a friendly social housemate who enjoys spending time with the people I live with but also does enjoy just being a homebody sometimes. I like plants and have a lot of them in the house, more are always welcome.

The flat is LGBT + friendly and pets may be allowed but it would have to be confirmed with the landlord first.

The property is managed through Foxtons so you will need to go through a referencing process but the landlords are very nice and helpful if there are any issues.

Bills are not included in the rent, and council tax will be at a reduced price as I am a student.
