Double Room in a Converted Chocolate Factory

The location is great. We're right by the canal, so it's easy to walk to Hackney Wick for coffee or drinks. There's a big Tesco just down the road, and Stratford Westfield is close by too (with the best M&S!). Bow Road and Bromley-by-Bow stations are both within walking distance, and there are loads of bus routes and cycle lanes nearby.

I'm looking for someone who's easy-going, respectful and keeps things clean and tidy. It's definitely more of a home than a party flat, so I'd like to find someone who's happy living in a relaxed, friendly space.

A bit about me....I'm old on paper but young at heart! I work during the week (and sometimes weekends), enjoy keeping fit, getting outdoors. I'm always up for a chat but also respect each other's space.
