I am looking for someone around my age, says no students but MA / PhD would be fine. Images don’t show I bed, I’m happy to buy a new bed and mattress but wanted to give someone the option of keeping theirs if they have one.

Me:
33 Lecturer in Media. Looking for someone to live with not just a person to take a room. I have lived in the area for 15 years and have a good group of friends, enjoy eating and cooking with my housemate, maybe watching a film or sunbathing on a balcony (the Costa del Bow) but also value personal time and seeing friends, as I’m sure you do too.

The flat:
2 bed flat with 2 toilets, laundry room, spacious living room and separate kitchen and sunny balcony. The room faces south west so gets plenty of sunshine and has just been repainted. Happy to provide a double bed and mattress(The blue tape helps give an idea of how big a double bed would be).

The area:
Just off Roman road market it’s a 5 minute walk to Victoria park, Mile End park is about 10 mins.

10 minute walk to Bow church and Bow Road tubes (DLR and District) and about 15 mins to Mile End (Central Line)

I have a lodging contract written up and the deposit is one month’s rent.
