I occasionally use the room for visiting friends and family at weekends, so this isn’t a full-time tenancy. You’re welcome to leave your weekday belongings neatly stored in the room over the weekend.

The ad is for 4 nights a week but happy to negotiate a different price for 2 or 3 nights per week if required.
