About the house

The house has a separate kitchen and living room, with a large projector that we occasionally use to watch shows and films together. There’s also:

🚲 A garage for bike storage
🌿 A spacious garden with a picnic table and hammock
🚽 A shared bathroom with two other flatmates
🚻 An additional toilet downstairs

Rent is approx £790–£800 per month, including bills, which also covers a monthly cleaner and a toilet paper subscription!

Rent is due on the 21st of every month and the move in date is on the 23rd but could be flexible with earlier.

About the flatmates

Allie works as an illustrator in publishing. She works from the office 2 days a week and from home 3 days a week. She’s into art, music, anime and video games, and has lived in the house for 7 years.

Garry is a doctor and enjoys swimming, running and watching films. He’s been living in the house for 2 years.

Alice works in marketing for a charity and enjoys knitting, drawing and painting. She’s been living in the house for a year.

The vibe

This is not a party house — it’s a very chill and friendly home. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen, having a catch-up about our week and occasionally watching something together, but we also really value and respect each other’s space and boundaries.
