Lovely Cosy Room in Heart of Bow ❤️

I'm looking for someone to replace me in our gorgeous 3-floor, 4 bed house in Bow from the 18th October 2026.

The location honestly couldn't be better - we're in a quiet close right by the vibrant Roman Road, packed with independent cafés, pubs, and local shops. There's a really decent Tesco just 3 minutes away, next to an Anytime Fitness (or PureGym around 15 minutes away), making everyday life super convenient. You're also only a 20-minute walk from Victoria Park (the best park in London, in my opinion!) and 25 minutes from Hackney Wick, one of East London's best spots for drinks, brunch, and events.

The house itself is a real gem, with a spacious living room, conservatory, and a huge garden complete with outdoor seating, a BBQ, and shed storage. We also have a shared office space, perfect if you work from home. Council Tax is included in the rent, with other bills (roughly £85 per month) shared separately, including our bi-weekly cleaner.

🏠The house:
You'd be living with 3 lovely girls, all working professionals. I've lived with them for years after initially subletting through SpareRoom, and we’ve been besties since! The atmosphere in the house is friendly, relaxed, and respectful.

We enjoy an occasional glass of wine, catch-up dinner, chat in the garden, pub/night out, but everyone also values their own space and independence. It's a warm, welcoming home with friends rather than just a house share.

This has been such a special place to live, and I'd love to find someone who'll enjoy this home much as I have 💛 I’m only moving out as I am moving in with my long term partner!
