Short term sublet available immediately til end Oct, possibly longer, in lovely 2 bed flat in Bow. 10 min walk from Bow Road station. Sharing with one very lovely gay man.

Full rent inc all bills is £253/month but I will reduce to £225 as leaving some of my stuff in the room. You will have one large double wardrobe and large chest of drawers to yourself. Pictures of the room are as it will be (minus bedding). Will ask for equivalent of 1 weeks rent (£225) as a deposit. Payment schedule to be agreed depending on length of sublet.

Accessibility: Flat is 4th floor in the building with a lift. No steps inside the flat, however corridor is quite narrow with sharp corners. Shower is in the bath. Building has an intercom. No specific adaptions.
