Double Room with Own Bathroom Available Zone 2

Hey folks.

Have a lovely room available in my flat, with its own private bathroom. Sadly, my friend is moving back to Australia, so the room will be available again.

The flat is really nice, spacious and filled with natural light. It’s in a very quiet area, with plenty of shops, pubs and amenities nearby. The location is great, around a 10-minute walk from Mile End and Bow stations, and about 10 minutes from Victoria Park. Bills come around £145-170.

A bit about me:

I’m a freelance/contractor marketing professional and DJ. I mainly work from home, although I usually go into the office once or twice a week. I also travel for work from time to time, so my schedule can vary.

DJing takes up quite a bit of my time too, so I’m often out at weekends and sometimes during the week. Music is a big part of my life. I also play football and go to the gym so evenings are busy. When I’m free love catching up with friends, going to the pub for a pint or watching sports.

Because I have quite a busy schedule, I really value having a calm and peaceful home. The flat is my little temple! 😄 Don’t worry though, when I practise DJing, I use headphones, so you won’t be hearing music blasting through the walls.

I’m definitely up for a chat, dinner or a drink together from time to time, but I also really value personal space and would like someone who feels similarly. Definitely not a party house.

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy. I really enjoy coming home to a clean, comfortable space after work, so I’d love the same from whoever moves in.

Just to mention, the flat is managed through an agency, so references will be required. There is also a £50 admin fee for setting up the new contract.
