Great Double Room in Bow!

Hello new flatmate!

I am sadly leaving behind our lovely 2 bedroom flat in Bow, East London for pastures new.

The Flat!
Your new room is a good sized double, where you can easily fit in a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside cabinet. The room can be furnished with a bed and the wardrobes are already there, however, if you have your own bed, feel free to bring it!
The rent is 450PCM and bills,(including gas, electric, water, council tax, phone bill which is every quarter and Wifi) should be about 90 quid a month. The rest of the flat comprises of a storage cupboard where you can keep your hoover, ironing board and any other random stuff you want out of the way! The bathroom is a good size and has just recently been refurbished so everything is in good working order! We have a lovely bright sitting room and a Juliet balcony, so when those hot summer days (finally) befall us, you can enjoy nice fresh air from the comfort of the couch! Finally, the kitchen – which is pretty standard, comes with a fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space for your condiments etc…

The Location!
The flat is situated on a quiet road about a 5-8 minute walk from Bow Road tube station. It has fantastic transport links - the District and Hammersmith & City lines from Bow, the DLR from Bow Church and the Central line from Mile End. The buses also run regularly towards Paddington, Clapton, Stratford and Ilford from the top of the road.

You will be sharing with a 24 Y/O professional male called Jamie (who is a great flat mate – I have lived with him for 6 years!) who works in Media… Jamie is very sociable and would ideally like someone who likes their own space but also a chat over a cuppa or something stronger!
