Victoria Park / Bow Flat share

I’m Lily,
I have 2 rooms available in my lovely flat. I recently moved out after living there for around 8 years.

The available rooms are identical and £695 a month inclusive of bills and a cleaner.

Currently I have a lodger Elinor in the larger room, but she is due to move out very soon as she has bought a flat.

There is a large comfy living room with lots of natural light and a very small balcony.

All rooms have impressive views of the city.

There's a modern kitchen with a nice view of the city.

In the summer the flat is very breezy as it is up high. In the winter it is always warm, as it gets heat from the flats below.

It is very well soundproofed and peaceful.

In the newly decorated bathroom there's a strong shower and a bath with constant hot water.

The flat is on the 5th floor of a tower block. Please don't be put off by this, I have always found it to be very friendly and safe. There is no plastic cladding on the outside and there has subsequently a lot of pressure on the authorities to make this type of building safer. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to ask me any questions.

This lovely flat is centrally located and surrounded by nice areas. Roman road is a two-minute walk away and there are plenty of shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and a Post Office.

As your garden you have Victoria park, which is about a 3 minute walk away just next to the canal; easy distance for jogging and pottering about in Victoria park village.

A 20 minute walk east down the canal and you have Hackney Wick, 30 minutes north through Vicky park you have London Fields, Broadway market, Homerton and Clapton.

10 mins West on the number 8 bus and you're in Bethnal green, then Brick lane, Shoreditch and then central London within 45 minutes.
We are walking distance from Mile End tube (Central Hammersmith & City and District lines), Bow church DLR and busses: 8, 277, 425 and the D6 are a few minutes walk away.

It is a non-smoking flat.

l live locally, and as I own the flat myself I am keen to fix any problems as quickly as possible.
