A serviced single room in a family home to let on a 'Monday to Friday' basis ONLY.

Peace, quiet, comfort, warmth and cleanliness guaranteed. Rent includes bills, cleaner as well as bed linen and towels that are regularly laundered.

This quiet, pretty room is set at the back of the house overlooking the garden with a west facing sash window (double glazed) that fills the room with sunshine. Feather pillows, feather duvet, sprung mattress, black-out blind to guarantee a good night sleep.

The room includes a single bed, bedside table, lamp, shelving, and chest of drawers. There is WIFI in the house.

The room is next door to the shared bathroom which has a fantastic, deluge shower. There is a very well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook.

This terraced, mid-Victorian house overlooks Selwyn Green in the Bow Conservation Area, a safe, family neighbourhood in East London. The neighbours are friendly and quiet. There is a corner shop at the end of the road selling all the staples as well as organic food and freshly baked patisseries and bread.

This is ideally located for Canary Wharf, the City and Stratford with easy access by foot, bike or tube. Mile End station is eight minutes walk away and offers access to the Central, Hammersmith & City, and District line. Bow Church DLR is a ten minute walk. Access to the Regents Canal is five minutes away near Mile End Climbing Wall.

You would be sharing the house with a female adult and an eleven year old boy.

PLEASE NOTE: this is a 'Monday to Friday' room which means it is available for four nights a week ONLY (usually Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). It is aimed at people who are based out of London but would like a more homely/private/affordable alternative to hotels or friends' sofas when in London for work or study.
