🏡 About the Home:
I’m Rani, a British-Indian professional working in HR Law 👩🏽⚖️ within the health sector. I’ve lived in London for 20 years and have called Bow home for over a decade. The flat is spread over two floors, with two private ensuites and plenty of communal space. While the living room is used as a meditation and temple space.
Sharing in property:
You’ll have full access to the spacious kitchen, dining area, and other common spaces.
🚾Bathroom furnished with storage for toiletries with electric shower, instant hot water (upstairs).
🍽 Kitchen furnished with plenty storage space for utensils & small appliances if you’re bringing. You will have your private pantry & fridge/freezer space. Kitchen comes with washerdryer combined machine, toaster, kettle, gas hob + electric oven, air-fryer & microwave.
- Use my Nespresso Machine anytime - makes good coffee ☕️ *(variety of flavours)*
🧳The Room:
- Fully furnished with brand new single bed & orthopaedic mattress and ample storage under bed stack away suitcase.
- Bright and airy, with plenty of natural light.
- Room come with lock, laundry bag, work station desk, lamp with timer, plenty of wall sockets around the room, radiator with set timer central heating.
**PLEASE NOTE**
- Looking for long-term let with minimum 6 months clause available for up to 1 year
- Flexible arrangements for securing the room in advance now- viewings available in Easter onwards (April 2026)

I’m an ex-student of Queen Mary and LSE University. Over the years, I’ve let out my place to many flatmates both here in the UK and overseas, and some have even become lifelong friends! I consider myself more of a chilled flatmate than a traditional landlord. I work hybrid (3 days from home, 1 day in the office) and appreciate some quiet during work hours (10am–8pm). Outside of work, I’m sociable and enjoy chatting, playing games, I have bunch of board games :) (deck of cards 🃏/ chinese chequers/ scrabble), or exploring new cafes/museums. I’m also LGBTQ+ friendly, and inclusivity is a core value for me.

- Quiet, residential area with easy access to local amenities.
- Short walking distance to tube stations, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, and leisure activities.
- Great transport links walking distance for an easy commute into the city - DLR, Central/District/H&C Tube : Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf, Stratford, King's X.
