BIG room for rent, short let, Roman Road!

**SHORT LET: MAY TO JUNE!!***

Hi, i'm moving out of my rented house as I will have finished studying and am moving back to my parents home. Our tenancy ends on the 10th of June so I am looking to find an occupant to take the room from the 9TH OF MAY UNTIL THE 4TH OF JUNE so that I won't have to pay rent while I'm not living in the house!

Room Details:
The room is absolute amazing, the master room of the house with two giant windows (and pretty much blackout blinds) and great light! It comes furnites with a double bed, a dressing table, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. It has hardwood flooring, a closed off fireplace feature and is all around a really nice room.

The house comes with a shared living room and a shared kitchen as well as one bathroom with bath/shower. It also has a private garden.

Internet and bills are all included within the price, so you will be getting a really good deal!

Current Tenants:
The tenants living at the house will be two girls both ages 21, who I have lived with this year (they're both really nice) as well as a male friend of ours who is taking another girls room for the month as she is leaving too. The girls will be studying for exams during this month so unfortunately this won't be a party house but it is very relaxed.

Connections:
There is pretty much everything you need on the road, it's got the Number 8 (To Shoreditch, The City and Tottenham Court Road) and Number 339 (directly to Westfield Stratford) directly outside the house. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Mile end, Bow Road and Bow Church and also an 8 minute bus journey to Bethnal Green Station.

There is also several shops directly across from the house, as well as pretty much any takeaway you could imagine and it's a 5 minute walk to Roman Road Market!
