I'm looking to sublet one of the double bedroom in a ground floor gated apartment on the side of the lea river of Hackney Wick.

It is located in a secure development on a quiet street with a 24-hour concierge.

It is a spacious En-suite one with double bed, Mattress, Wardrobe and side table. One side of the room is scenic river view.

It has got a big living room with open kitchen to be shared. It has got a beautiful wooden floor for the whole house. There is an Electric stove, oven, washing machine, Dish washer, Microwave and a fridge in the kitchen.

The Living room and the bedroom with En-suite has a massive window that brightened in the morning by Sun and furnished with a Sofa and a Dining Table.

The area is wonderful: loads of galleries, restaurants, artists and generally creative people that create a nice sense of community. Olympic Park and Victoria Park are very close by!

Good Transport links: 10 min walk to Hackney Wick Over ground station that is one stop away from Stratford with Central, Jubilee & DLR lines, as well as good bus facility.

Looking for Non smoking full time employed professional. Bed Room and the living room have to be kept clean and tidy. References Required.

This is the place who prefer lot of privacy and quit environment. Not a Party Place.
