Double room in friendly Bow house

We are looking for a housemate for a furnished double room in our friendly and spacious Victorian house in Bow - with a large kitchen, lounge and garden - for £530 per month.

Bills, which are not included in the rent, are £137 a month including a weekly cleaner for the communal areas of the house and broadband.

The house has a large bathroom with freestanding bath as well as a shower; another w/c and shower room; large kitchen; lounge and garden. We also have a separate utility room, with washer and dryer.

This is a friendly and sociable house, with a cat named Fat Beatrice. We're all warm and friendly, and enjoy watching TV or cooking together when we're at home. It would be nice to have someone join our flat family.

The house is less than 10 minutes walk from Bow Rd station (and Bow Church DLR) and about ten minutes walk from Mile End station. We are located just off Roman Rd (shops and cafes) and a ten minute walk from Victoria Park (lovely pubs).
