Description
My name is Lucy, I'm a 30 year old professional female and I'm looking for a new flatmate for a room in a bright, spacious and modern fully-furnished flat, located in Pancras Way in Bow. The flat overlooks the Olympic Park, and is really close to Westfield Stratford, Roman Road and Victoria Park. Nearest Tubes are Bow Church (DLR) and Bow Road (District) - Zone 2. It's a 2 bed, 2 bath flat with a balcony and free underground parking space. We're on the 2nd floor, so the property feels very secure, and there’s a concierge/building manager onsite 6 days a week.
I work in theatre marketing in the West End, so have access to a lot of freebie tickets which I’m always happy to share with friends. In my spare time I write and perform comedy and even won an award last year! I have a busy social life, but also value my time at home – I’ve always lived with friends in the past, so am keen to find a sociable and friendly new flatmate with shared interests (films, theatre, comedy, TV, reading, food and drink, quoting entire episodes of Friends from memory…). I hope I’m a considerate housemate, and like to keep the flat clean and tidy.
The room is a double room with a large desk and wardrobe, but is slightly on the small side – to make up for this you get a large bathroom (with bath) all to yourself. The shared living space also has plenty of room for storage of books/dvds etc.
£735pcm rent includes water. Available from 26th Aug. Despite it being 2 months until the end of our lease, our landlord wants to have the details of the new tenant ASAP, so do please get in touch if you think you might be interested in seeing the room
My previous flatmate and I (who is moving in with a partner) have lived in the flat for 3 years, so obviously think it's great! Hope to hear from you soon!
