I have a spacious double bedroom available from the end of August in Bow/Mile End, just off Roman Road.

The flat has a large lounge and a separate kitchen which are both fully furnished.

The bathroom is modern and has a separate shower and bath.

Your bedroom would be the slightly larger of the two (although rent is equally split) and again this is fully furnished with a double wardrobe, a double bed and carpeted.

I've lived in the flat for 3 years with my flatmate who is moving in with her boyfriend once the current tenancy is up. I love the flat and the landlord is reliable and quick to fix any issues if they arise which is why I don't want to leave.

Transport links are fantastic with a bus-stop just a 30 second walk from the flat and a 24 hour nightbus stops there. The flat is about a ten minute walk away from Mile End tube (Central Line and Circle and District Line).

I work as a solicitor so have fairly long hours meaning I am not in the flat very often. However, I am looking for someone sociable who I can get along with when I am around!
