Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate to live in a new 2 bed, 2 bath Flat in Bow

Hi there,

My name is Leana. I am a 26 year old professional working in the stressful world of recruitment. I have lived in this flat with my sister for a year who has just completed her PhD and is looking to travel before returning back to the flat in a years time.

I am looking for a friendly, sociable and tidy flatmate for a year whilst she is away. I work in central London and look forward to coming home to such a nice flat. I spend my week going to the gym, meeting friends after work and seeing my boyfriend on the odd night.

I am easy going, have met one of my best friends on spare room before so have faith. I am looking for a friendly professional who enjoys similar interests to myself but someone who is looking for a home rather than a house and will treat it as one. Love going out now and again but tend not to bring the party home. Happy for people to spend time on their own but would be nice to get to know you too :)

Bills come to about £99 on top of £736 for rent but for London: having your own bathroom, a mahusive balcony and a kitchen kitted out with smeg applicances I think it's well worth it!
