The flat itself is a 2 bed modern and cosy flat on the first floor. It is light and has a lovely view over gardens & trees.

There is also a cosy living room & a good sized kitchen, with dishwasher, washer dryer etc. There is high speed wifi, bath & shower & a small Juliet balcony, which is amazing open in the summer!

The location is brilliant, being less than 2 minutes walk from the Bow Church DLR, 5 minutes walk from Bow Road tube (District & Hammersmith & City lines) & a very easy link to the Central line at Mile End.

Stratford and the Olympic Park are just a couple of stops away, with amazing shopping & sports facilities.

There is free street parking in the evenings & weekends, with permit parking available during the day. Also the A12 is less than 2 minutes away, for an easy link out and around the city.

You will be sharing with 2 professionals in the creative industry. One of us is sometimes working from home & sometimes out & travelling a lot!

We are really easygoing to live with & enjoy spending time with our flat mates as & when they feel like being sociable. Personally I love cooking, having a glass of wine & the occasional movie and when we have time!

We keep the flat clean and tidy and are just looking looking for someone who is also friendly and easygoing to live with. Friends/family are welcome to stay over sometimes, as long as we inform each other beforehand.

We also enjoy photography, travel, yoga, being out & about in nature and are often away for weekends and trips!

The price of £850 per month includes all bills. One months deposit will also be required.

It is available from around the 1st August.

Cats are very welcome, but it’s a little small for dogs.
