Spacious room in Bow for September (£650 all in)

I'll be returning up north for the month of September, and am subletting my sunny, spacious double room in a 2 bed flat, which is a three-minute walking distance to the Bow Road tube station and 7 minute walk to Mile End Station. It is available from Friday August 29th through until Monday September 29th for £650 (all inclusive).

A Bit about Us:

You will be sharing the flat with my best friend and flatmate who is currently a primary school teacher in the West Ham area, and passionate Arsenal fan. He is in his 20s and enjoys a really nice and relaxed atmosphere in the house, in addition to great beer, delicious and diverse foods and debating all-sorts.

About You:

You must be a clean, tidy, and considerate person who is outgoing. Basically just a friendly person who appreciates a nice living environment.
