Hello everybody!

We have got an amazing double room available from the 1st of September.

We are one outstanding bunch of flatmates who live the London life fully and enthusiastically, so much that in our house there's never any lack of music, arts, crazy stories and wine. Yes, we do love our East London life.

We are looking for a laid back and responsible young professional flatmate to join the team, someone who can fit in with our busy lives, who can pay always and rigorously on time and understands the importance of personal and private space, but is also up to joyful gatherings when the circumstances allow.

The room we're offering is a spacious double room, with the benefits of an extra room for storage, kinda like a living room that we sometimes use together.
Fully furnished, the house has a garden, toilet and bathroom, a fully functioning kitchen and lots of character.
The area is close to everything you might need, off-licences, cafes, pubs markets, post offices, banks and so on.

Closest tube lines are Central, District and Hammersmith/city from Mile End, bus stop just round the corner, 8, N8 and 339. !5 minutes ride to Shoreditch. Just brilliant.

Rent is £560 PLUS bills, that usually round up to £60.

Please only serious applicants. Workers and professionals a must. Also, we have a cat, so take that into account. :)
