Room in lovely house in Bow near to Mile End tube

I am moving onto pastures new after nearly two years here and looking for someone to replace me.

The house is a lovely terrace on a quiet street close to Mile End station (central, hammersmith & city and district lines) and great bus routes including the 24 hour 25, 205 and 277 for those all important nights out. Vicky park, Mile End Park and Regents Canal are all within a 5-10 minute walk.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a separate lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (so no morning queue), garden and a basement for storage.

The current flatmates include 1 girl who works In digital marketing, and 2 guys, one teacher and one who works in advertising- lovely people who are great to live with. We are preferably looking for another female to keep the balance.

The rent for the room is £700 per month. There is a monthly payment of around £50 for internet, phone etc then gas/electric is quarterly and can vary depending on the season. It will be available from 11th November so you will preferably need to be able to move in and/or pay the rent from that date.
