Room to rent, BOW/Mile End/Roman Road

I am currently looking to fill my double bedroom as am leaving my two lovely flatmates to live with my boyfriend.

The flat is split over two levels and benefits from;
- Large kitchen
- Large seperate living room
- Large Balcony
- 5 minute walk to Mile End tube station
- 5 minutes from Victoria Park and Mile End Park
- Just off Roman Road

I am ideally looking to move out on the 6th October but can be flexible.

The lease is signed until July next year but know the other two will be keen to stay on longer.

As per usual, one month rent, one month deposit and admin fees will be required - as this is a post to be put onto the lease (not interested in sub-letting).
