Hi my names Chris I'm a Product Designer working in Old Street. My current flatmate Shaiyla is moving out, so i’m looking to fill her room as i’d like to stay on. Looking for a tidy, easygoing flatmate who has a similar schedule to me.

I tend to take it easy during the week but enjoy having some drinks on the weekend, watching films, cycling and general tomfoolery.

The flat is about 12mins walk from Bow Road station or Bow church DLR and 20/30mins by bus/tube to Shoreditch/Brick Lane.

Victoria park is about 10-15 minute walk

Hackney Wick 20min walk

The bedroom is an average sized double with its own bathroom (juliette bathroom), Bed, side table, chest of drawers and cupboard.

Around £100 a month (internet, council tax, tv licence, energy)

Water is included in the rent
