Large Furnished Double Room with private bathroom

I am moving away and so am looking for someone to take my room in a 2-bed flat share for the remaining term of my contract which runs until mid September 2015, (with the option of moving out in May if you wished to leave sooner).

It is a large double room, fully furnished and you would have full, personal use of the main bathroom as the other bedroom is an en-suite. You would be sharing with a friendly, working female, aged 27. The apartment has an open plan kitchen / living area and a balcony.

The area is well connected transport-wise. There is a DLR station at the top of the road with trains to Stratford, Canary Wharf, Lewisham and all areas in between. Plus it is in walking distance of Bromley-by Bow tube and Bow Road tube stations, with easy access to the central, district and hammersmith and city lines.

Bills work out at roughly another £80 per month.

The terms of the contract mean that if you have been your job less than 3 months then you would need a guarantor and the same goes for students.
