Hi! I am looking for a new flatmate in the gorgeous flat I let. It has a well sized open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room and a modern bathroom. The whole flat was recently decorated so it’s nice and modern, and the bedroom is large. It is furnished and fully equipped.
It is set in a beautiful complex in an old matchbox factory and the gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool as well as daily classes are all free for you and a guest. There is a decking area and really nice gardens for relaxing. There's a shop, bar and Indian restaurant on site too. Maybe you can tell that I just love living here! It is just 5-10 minutes from Bow Church DLR and Bow Road underground, depending on how much of a rush you are in! It’s close to Roman Road Market and Victoria Park and being in Zone 2 it is ideally located for going around London.
Parking can be arranged for an extra £50/month and you can arrange with the complex to rent spaces for the odd night.
I am looking for a non-smoking, female, vegetarian/vegan (or at least some one happy not to eat meat in the house) who is looking to share the occasional glass (ok bottle) of wine!
There are no set up fees.
