Nice room available in comfortable flat in Bow

Hi, I'm renting out my room while I spend time living in a nearby Buddhist community.

The flat is modern, spacious and comfortable. It's a two-bedroom ground-floor flat and you would be sharing with David, a primary school teacher in a nearby school. David is very considerate, respectful and quiet.

The flat has underfloor heating, keeps warm in winter and cool in the summer. There is a well-equipped kitchen, which opens out onto a dining space and living room. The bathroom is modern and clean and is shared with David.

The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers and drawers under the bed for extra storage space.

The area is residential and quiet. It's next to the beautiful Tower Hamlets Cemetery Park, a local nature reserve. The Regents Canal and Victoria Park are great for walks.

There are excellent transport links from the flat. Devons Road on the DLR is very nearby. Then there's Bow Road and Mile End stations (District, Hammersmith & City and Central lines), 10-15 minutes' walk away. There's a Santander 'Boris bike' station nearby too, as well as buses into town and around east London. There is easy and quick access to Canary Wharf, Stratford, the City and Central London.

David is great to share with. He takes his work seriously, is up early in the morning and in bed by 9.30pm at night, and appreciates quiet time after this. He is vegetarian, mostly vegan, and loves cooking.

The room would suit a considerate professional who is good to share the space with.
