Room available inn newly refurbished flat!

Hi,

I’m moving out of my double room in Bow, a two-minute walk from Bow Road station.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, mirror, chair (and a desk if wanted)

The entire flat was completely refurbished in April, so all the furniture in the room is only 6 months old.

The flat has two levels, separate bathroom and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Sharing with four people in their early 20s, all very nice and respectful.

The area is well connected transport wise - both District-, Hammersmith and City-, and Central line, as well as the DLR all within walking distance to take you into the city/Canary Wharf in no-time. Also lots of buses - both 25, 205 and 8 run all night!

Close to Victoria Park, Westfield Shopping Centre, Regent’s Canal, Roman Road Market etc etc.

All bills and internet included in the price, as well as a cleaner for the common areas once every second week. There’s no deposit, but instead an insurance fee of one week's rent + £50 agency fee.

The room is available from Tuesday next week, with viewings to be held during evenings this week!
