Room in 5 bed house in Bow Quarter

Hello hello, we are 3 medical students and one events planner, looking for a like minded person to come and share our home with us!
We have a spare room available on the top floor, which is furnished with a bed and inbuilt wardrobes. Rent is exclusive of bills (for water, electricity, heating and internet) and the house has just been refurbished so everything is brand new and clean, and we are set with all the mod cons - washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and we have an outdoor terrace which is perfect for summer.
The house is owned by one of us so you never need to worry about missing landlords- should there be any problems I'm on hand to sort them out!
Our house is a 5 minute walk from the Bow Church tube station, 10 minutes from Bow Road and buses pass by frequently. We are also lucky enough to be a part of Bow Quarter, which means we all get full access to all the available amenities (swimming pool, gym and hot tub!).
We are preferably looking for other students or young professionals, someone fun and sociable who doesn't take life too seriously. If you're interested ping me a message and tell us a bit about yourself.
