Comfortable sm. double nr. Victoria Park E3

Midweek only - no weekends - Room available right by Victoria Park. Transport links are great for central London - Mile End tube is a 10 -15 min walk to link onto the Central, District or H'Smith & City lines. I cycle and it takes me 5 minutes! Bow Church and Bow Road overground stations are 10 mins walk too. There are plenty of buses if you prefer not to walk to a station.
Stratford is within easy reach too - you can walk to Westfield or the Olympic Park in 20mins - or the bus gets you there in 10 mins.

I am a 50-something mother to a Uni student, who comes home intermittently and uses another bedroom. We are used to a mid week lodger - Nick came for 3 months and stayed a year, then Mike came to us for 6 months - and again stayed for a year! We are pretty relaxed and fairly quiet mid week. This is a family home and basically clean and usually pretty tidy. We have two cats so someone who is either keen or not bothered by their presence would be nice. They spend a lot of time in the garden and don't mess the flat up!
The available room has a double bed, a wardrobe. The family bathroom is essentially sole use, as I have an ensuite.
You are welcome to share our living space too - and there is decent BT wifi.
