Transport links: District from Bow Road, DLR from Bow Church, Central from Mile End, Overground from Hackney Wick. Short bus ride to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Liverpool St.
Also has a nice little balcony.

Living with current owner but I am out most of the time with work, so you would have the flat to yourself a lot.
