Description
Bow Quarter is arguably one of the best properties in East London. It is a great gated community made up of cottages, houses, and numerous apartment blocks. You will find living in Bow Quarter highly enjoyable as it is very reasonably priced for the ameneties and location.
I will be moving in with my girlfriend and sadly will no longer be able to enjoy the oasis that is Bow Quarter. Trust me when I say there is truly no place like it. It is a gem not just for all the facilities that it offers but also because of the community. Many residents have been living here for extensive periods and there is a strong sense of belonging for anyone who steps foot into the compound. It is family friendly and pet friendly. Most apartment complexes feel impersonal, Bow Quarter is definitely not one of these places.
In addition, Bow Quarter is strategically located. It is very close to major tube lines and well served by good bus routes that take you all the way into the city. If you love the canals and the greenery, you are in for a treat as it is only 15 mins walk away from Victoria Park. You can cycle along the canals all the way Shoreditch, enjoy the riverboats, kayak to awesome locations and explore hipster London the way it was meant to be (all while living comfortably). For the uninitiated, the canals are full of hidden treasures from great pubs and bars to pizza houses and brunch locations. And if you ever want to purchase something not from the Bow Quarter grocery store, you can head to the multiple Tescos and shops nearby.
As for the property itself, it is fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer, TV, etc. It has one bathroom and your room will have views of the garden courtyard. The living room and kitchen area are spacious and we have hosted dinners for up to 13 people!
Your new potential housemate is fun loving and generally just amazing. She is 27 and works in tech. She loves going on hikes, exploring the outdoors, cycling, surfing and all the outdoorsy stuff you can think of. She is also a very acomplished musician, playing the keyboard and the saxophone. She loves dogs! So if you ever plan on getting one, this is your chance. She is the bees kness and totally awesome and fun to hang out with. If you are a dude and think that this will be your regular female housemate, you're wrong. She can bro down with you at any time. Hours of fun in a tiny package!
As you can see, I really love Bow Quarter and my housemate and as you visit and meet her in person, you will understand why.
