Lovely double room in Bow

Looking for a new house mate for double room in Bow to move in the start of November.

We are a tight nit group of friends who have lived together for the last 2 years and consist of 2 guys and 1 girl.

We like to spend alot of time together watching Netflix, films and sports. Every now and again one of us might even make a meal for everyone to enjoy. On the weekends we will usually have a drink together at home or at the pub. We all enjoy music which ranges from techno, hip-hop, metal and indie music.

We are looking for someone who is respectful of each others space and likes to socialise on the weekend.

The house is 3 floors with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The living room leads onto the garden which is perfect for a summer bbq or a get together with friends.

The first and second floor are identical in layout consisting of 1 medium sized double room and 1 large double room with a toilet between.

The available room is the medium double on the first floor The rent is £717.17 a month and the lease is for a year. The bills work out to be around £80 a month. The room will be available at the start of November.

The house is 2 mins walk from the dlr station Bow church and 10 mins walk from the underground station Bow Road, which as the district and Hammersmith & city lines. It take around 20-30 mins to get into the centre.

There is a large Tesco which is 15 mins walk away and a coop 5-10 mins walk if you're feeling lazy.
